As of 2024, this restaurant has officially become a sushi train! They still have a few of their menu items from the previous menu so you can still order from there. I really love the atmosphere here and the food is good ! Worth visiting again after their recent developments.

Great place to take the family!
So many great authentic Japanese food.
They have a bullet train that delivers the menu food to your table, which was a highlight!
Kids loved it, especially after coming back from Japan only a few weeks prior!

Cool place to eat. Loved the Sushi and Takoyaki. Tonkotsu Ramen was good. the train was a nice touch for the delivery of food.

Recently, Edo Japanese Restaurant transitioned into a train sushi-style dining experience, and while this change adds a fun and interactive element, it’s the ramen, udon, and sashimi that truly shine. The ramen and udon are packed with flavor, offering hearty portions at a great value. Both noodles are cooked to perfection, and the broth is rich and comforting. As for the sashimi, the freshness is outstanding—large, generously cut portions that offer great value for the price. Whether you’re looking for a satisfying bowl of ramen or fresh sashimi, Edo has you covered. Highly recommended!

Great new sushi train, great comfortable booths and you are not packed in.
There was a lack of variety in the sushi on the train and not much sushi, I understand this may be to reduce wastage bit was a disappointing array.
The fried chicken sushi was a little dry as was the smoked salmon sushi.
The salmon sashimi was amazing.
It is a great novelty with the sushi train and the train that brings menu items to the table.
Hopefully once it gets busier the sushi will be fresher and more options.
